Jocelyn Is Grateful To Be Healing Her Sense Of Self-Worth
I know I'm not alone in healing my sense of self-worth, in reflecting on my worthiness. What really triggered this for me was the pandemic. "Losing everything" had me feeling like I also lost my worth and my value. But this didn't wholeheartedly feel true to me. It didn't feel true to me that our worth and our value is dependent on our external circumstances, on our performance, on our achievements. And that's because that isn't the truth.
Having this conversation about self-worth and expanding our conscious awareness about our own sense of self-worth is so important because our sense of self-worth impacts and influences our lives in so many ways we aren't even aware of. We need to know, wholeheartedly know, our worthiness is innate. We need to know, wholeheartedly know, we are worthy of love, of joy, regardless of what we have or don't have, regardless of who we are or are not. We are worthy.
